Project Manager

Job description
1. Supervise and coordinate overall projects.
2. Manage works carried out by sub-contractors.
3. Prepare implementation programmes to cover design, approval and construction sequences.
4. Ensure projects are completed within quality standards, on time and within budget
5. Propose and review feasible and cost-effective construction methods.
6. Liaison with government authorities and agencies to secure all approvals required for the implementation of the projects.


Job requirement
1. Technical and managerial experience in construction.
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in project execution of high-rise buildings. Having been directly involved from the start until completion of the construction and handover of  high-rise buildings. 
3. Motivated and talented individual who is able to effectively communicate in Vietnamese and English. 
4. Strong leadership and management skills. Systematic & logical thinking. Detail focus
5. Familiar with multinational working environment.
6. Work effectively both independent and in a team.
7. Communication and problem solving skills.
